Our Approach

The Institute combines:

Parts Work (IFS-informed): Understanding the protectors, performers, critics, flirts, avoiders, and exiles inside you.
Attachment Theory: Healing anxious and avoidant patterns that limit connection.
Somatic Awareness: Learning to feel safe in your own body.
Trauma-Informed Principles: Safety, pacing, choice, and respect come first.

This holistic approach helps to understand why patterns exist and how to build a new relationship with the parts of ourselves that shape the world.
